Tecarta

I love this app!

Allows you to highlight just part of a verse!!!

What I like best is that it allows you to highlight just part of a verse!!!

Notes and verses.

It has been a year or two since I wrote a review about the necessity for more fonts. A couple have been added only, there are bible apps that have 8 or 9 fonts to choose from. If this is the best bible app, why does it not have more fonts? You get tired of the same font after a little while. And after a little while, once you have tried them all or at least the one you like, you get tired of all.

Okay, I think I’ll drop some other software...

For some people, this program may not be “pretty” or give enough functionality. I, however, find it refreshing. There was so much stuff that was in some of the other choices for Bible study & reading. In fact, this would have been much cheaper for me if I had chosen it first. In addition, the features are very intuitive. Try the KJV version and see. After working with the other APP’s, this was a breeze.

Best Bible app

I think this is the best Bible app Ive used. The best feature being that I can take notes while not connected to the Internet.

Simply The Best

This is the best bible period. I had a bunch other bible apps but since I found Tecarta I have been stop using them. The recently added one of the most popular Spanish version available. That made May Day! Thank You and God Bless you team.

Great App

This app makes studying The Bible more enjoyable and facilitates matching scriptures to references. It has made me want to dig deeper into, and learn more about the Word of God. I absolutely love it.

I use it faithfully!

Love the app and all the features. Highlighting, notes and the auto scroll are my favorites.

Like it

Coming from another bible app that hasnt been updated in a couple years. It took awhile to find a bible app that I liked, but I found it with Tecarta. Highly recommend.

Great zap Thank You!

I love this Bible app!!

Best Bible App period

Boy Ive been asking for the Spanish RVR1960 for years now and finally got it in this last update. With the folder functionality to save not just texts but entire sermons this is without a doubt a God sent app. God bless you for this. Update: this app is now only missing 3D Touch functionality. Love the New logo.

Great App

I love this app! Its super convenient and easily customizable.

The Best

I have several Bible apps on my device, and over the past several years I have used all of them. Of all that I have used, Tecarta is absolutely the most practical and easy to use, and I now use it for my daily through the Bible reading. I love being able to read along as the text is read aloud, and I can even adjust the pace. Thank you for an excellent app that makes reading my Bible reading a joy.

Excited

Ready to keep track of morning devotions since my schedule has changed it through me off, dont have to wait on paperback to be gathered or delivered anymore! Nice for notes and journaling, help with memorization and reaching out for bible studies. Love KJVS + strongs bc of the Hebrew translation that I value more than English titles. I love saying YHWH and not the Generalization of our creator "God" thats not very personal to me.

Superb Bible App

Excellent for highlighting and note taking in church, preparation for Sunday school, and personal study. Responsive. Like that my notes and highlights are syncd between my phone and iPad.

Tecarta Bibles

I use the Tecarta Bible on my iPhone everyday and I take notes using the Tecarta Bible on my iPad every Sunday.

Best Bible App.

I was looking for a bible app for a couple months with no luck, then I was introduced to Tecarta and I fell in love with the app. Super easy to use, plenty of ways to mark how you want to record a specific passage. You can look up all highlights/underlined passages by their color and such. You have a note tab which is also easy to reference to when looking for a specific passage/note. And you can create different bookmark folders to keep lessons separate

Very good, but crowded **UPDATED

Ive raised my rating to 5 stars. I lead a Bible study at my church, and this is the app I recommend to friends. Navigation to specific places within the Bible is fast and intuitive. Highlighting and notes work well, and in iOS 9, these sync between devices. On larger devices (iPad), it is easy to set two translations side by side. I have gotten used to the menus, which do provide needed access, and which do not intrude on the larger screens I use now (iPad & iPhone 6). It is a request, not a complaint, to say I would still like to see the New Jerusalem Bible (2nd Ed.) translation offered. Original review: Tecarta on the iPhone 4S functions smoothly and efficiently, with good navigation and quick search capability. Surprisingly clear and easy to read, the one problem is that the screen is crowded with menu panels at top and bottom that reduce reading area significantly. Some reader apps provide a toggle (tap in the center of the screen) to remove those menus, and it would be good if a future release of Tecarta were to do this, too.

This is the one to use.

This is the best bible app I have found. Easy to use. Fast navigation. More features than I need. Large selection of translations, study and reference materials.

Great App but Needs a Few Upgrades

Ive used Tecarta for over 4 years and really like it. I keep all my notes in the app and have purchased multiple versions and study resources. After using it all this time it needs a few upgrades. It needs an option to allow highlights need to be allowed to go across versions. It needs ability to search notes. I take a lot of notes and have a hard time finding some thoughts because I cant search. Very stable app but come on guys, lets get the search upgraded.
