I am so thrilled with my experience with this company. I purchased the New Life Translation Bible in 2007 or early 2008. I have changed phones several times and this last time - my purchase did not transfer to my new phone. Cory - in customer service tried time after time to get it back for me - and when all else failed he just did what it took to make me whole! It meant so much to me that I didnt have to purchase it again- that the company cares so much about my satisfaction and trusted me - it had been 7 or 8 years ago and I had no proof of purchase. Just the bible still on my old phone. Which when I tried to sync it worked like iTunes - it synced one way and I even lost it on my old iPhone! I was so disappointed. Then Cory sent me a link to reinstate my NLT Bible! I am very, very pleased and recommend this company to everyone. You are treated like a person and not just a ticket number! Thank you Cory!!!
